We Need To Start With A Deep Cleaning, And Maintain It

I haven't really cleaned since July for a medical reason, and I need someone that can deep clean (very dusty, wooden floors need a bath, and carpet is probably really dirty, a/c intakes are dirty), and then come weekly to maintain it! We have a 4 br/3ba 2500 sq. ft. home, with 2 cats (litter boxes on patio) and 3 people (daughter is 10). Counting the hallway and foyer (with stairs) we have 15 areas to clean. Downstairs has wood floors, foyer and all bathrooms are tile, upstairs has terribly old carpet (we don't expect any miracles there). The bathrooms are 2 full/1 half. If you can tidy/clean the patio chairs and floor (tile), that would be great, 100% no cleaning the litter box. And we have 6 ceiling fans as well. We have a ton of laundry in the main bedroom that needs to be folded, just the first visit, and we will put that away.
