Friendly Cleaner And Organizer Wanted! Help For Independent, Neurodivergent Person.

2br, 1 ba, kitchen, living room (back room can be ignored for now), I am neurodivergent so I need someone who is comfortable with that. Priority is cleaning floors (sweep:vacuum/mop). Second would be dishes and pet areas. I need help getting and keeping organized. I will appreciate your ideas on what would make sense, but ask that you don't rearrange before talking with me. There may be other times I will ask for a deep cleaning or to focus on specific job. I'll be home before you leave so we can check in on work done and on future work. I'm not too "weird," I think. But I do think differently so very direct communication and kindness is great! Empathic, great at organizing based on others' needs, likes pets, thorough cleaner, deeply trustworthy There is parking here, and a circular drive. Public transportation is not readily available. 3 cats who are indoor/outdoor. Until they know you, you'll need to take great care to keep them from escaping. A calico, a siamese, and a Manx/Maine Coone. Once they know you well, it'll be fine to let them out. Same with the 11 chickens!
