I would like to hire someone to do an initial deep clean of my apartment and then visit every 2 weeks for a standard cleaning. I would like each visit to be on the same day of the week, but I am flexible regarding which day. I have a dog, but she will not be in the apartment when you visit and is not a big shedder. I can provide some basic supplies such as countertop and floor cleaners, mop, and vacuums. You will need to provide me with a certificate of insurance and bond and a W9. I will give you a 1099 at the end of the year.
