This is my elderly dads home. I live here on occasion and try to keep it clean the best I can with the time I have. The basement should be easy as I keep it very organized. Upstairs is his space and he tries to keep it organized for when the house cleaner comes. Initial clean Id like to be a deep spring clean, after that can be monthly maintenance. A monthly clean would be amazing and my father can be flexible with the schedule, he will pay you, however the deep cleans I can pay the extra hours it may take.
