Executive Housekeeper / Laundress Big Sky, MT $40 per hour plus overtime and excellent benefits The Housekeeper is a trained professional housekeeper responsible for cleaning and maintaining the residential properties and service spaces of the Principal with focus on detailed and comprehensive cleaning of the properties within a predetermined schedule. This role is responsible for managing all cleaning products in use and creating a clean and orderly environment for our principal and guests. The schedule will include evenings and weekends. RESPONSIBILITIES Regular cleaning of two properties in conjunction with the MT Interior Team and vendor support as needed. Daily tidying and cleaning of rooms inside the home including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, powder rooms, common areas, closets, stairways, elevators, offices, lounges, and outdoor spaces Careful cleaning of delicate surfaces throughout the home including carpets, hardwood flooring, rugs, draperies, stone, wooden and metal furniture fittings, upholstery, etc. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping Cleaning and polishing mirrors, windows, glass surfaces, and glassware Metal polishing, including silverware, frames, furniture fittings, hardware fixtures Clean and sanitize bathrooms including sinks, mirrors, tubs, showers, toilets and floors Trash and laundry collection and removal Exterior furniture maintenance: covering and uncovering, drying, spot-checking, and cleaning cushions Cleaning and tidying of exterior areas: outdoor shower, kitchen, dining, hot tub and pool decks, balconies, garages, etc. Including removing cobwebs, sweeping, spot checking, cleaning animal droppings as required. Cleaning gyms and sanitizing used equipment Kitchen cleaning including all appliances, stove, dishwasher, oven, fridges, freezers, coffee machines, ice machines, sinks, counters, and floors Bed making and towel placement. Proper storage of linens and towels. Drink and snack refreshing and replacing expiring items Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms Cleaning up after construction or repairs has been done on the properties Completing deep cleaning and maintenance projects when residences are unoccupied Monitor stock of household, office, and culinary kitchen cleaning supplies and equipment QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in housekeeping in the hospitality, personal services, maritime, estate, travel leisure, recreation sectors, or related field Experience contributing to housekeeping excellence in hospitality service team environments Fluency in English language, both written and verbal Working knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods, cleaning fabrics, surfaces, and sensitive materials, and operating cleaning equipment Knowledge of care for luxury upholstery, fixtures, and fittings Expert knowledge of laundry and caring for high-end garments and fabrics Proficiency using Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, and SharePoint Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Housekeeping experience at a highly refined level US Passport or other equivalent documents to travel domestically as required PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee will move around physically (e.g., climb, balance, crouch, squat, kneel, stoop, crawl, run) work with heavy objects, exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
