Intermittent housekeeping needed for 3 short term rental properties. Hours are from 11 am- 4 p.m. The days vary depending on if the property is occupied or not. Each property needs beds changed with clean linen, bathrooms and kitchens cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, furniture dusted, trash taken out, and linens laundered ( washed, dried, and folded.) We have check out lists for guests to follow to assist in getting the property ready for the housekeeper. The properties need to be fresh and tidy for the next guests.
