This is for my elderly mother. She drives and is perfectly self-sufficient. I just want to help her out. It's a very clean 2 bedroom, no pets or other. 2 bathrooms. Apartment is about 920'. There are only 3 windows and 1 French door. Easy to clean, dusting and vacuuming very little mopping.
