About the job
I am a disabled 72 yr old who just moved back in with my adult son (in his 3 bedroom 3. 5 floor townhouse. The first day and the immediate need is to clean the 2nd floor bathroom, then the 3rd floor 1/2 bath. These bathrooms need deep cleaning. The following visit (and every other Friday) should focus on thoroughly cleaning the 1st/main floor kitchen, followed by cleaning and dusting in the main floor living room. Additional time should be spent touching up the bathrooms. The cleaner should bring their own cleaning supplies (except for vacuums.) I have a medium-small non-shedding dog who makes alot of noise until he gets to know you. He will be kept in his kennel unless you are cleaning my bedroom. Then he'll be kept secured in another room, unless YOU choose to get to know him. Then I'll need help organizing my 1. 5 floor bedroom.
