I am 73 years old - moderately disabled by a variety of maladies. I have trouble walking and use both a cane and a walker. I cannot do steps. I am a severe risk for falling. I rarely leave the apartment because of that history. It galls me that I can no longer do all the housekeeping by myself. Two of my sons visit occasionally to help out, but they're busy workers. Oh yeah, I spent 42 years as a teacher, the last 16 in middle school.
