Looking For Helper For 4 Hours Per Week - Consistency Key

I'm looking for something recurring (4 hours per week). I'm looking to pay approx. $25 per hour. I'm looking for just one person as consistency + trust is important. Note: I don't really care about the days or times, whatever works for your schedule is fine. Below are some examples of things I need help with: - Once per week: lint roll cat condo, vacuum cat condo, lint room couch - Once per week: clean cat potty with scooper (bring to trash) - Once per week: brush dog downstairs - Once every 2 weeks: wash blankets on kid's couch - Once every 2 weeks: empty cat boxes fully, bring trash to downstairs, fill out litter - Once every 2 weeks: shampoo kid's carpet - Once per month: clean oven + fridge + behind fridge + behind oven - Once per month: shave dog in bathroom, wash her, deep clean bathroom - Once every 2 months: bring cats for shave
