Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner/Helper In Cottage Grove

Searching for a great house cleaner/helper. More work avail if you can cook/meal prep, run errands, and assist with light tasks around house. We're a family of 5 adults and 3 kids (no pets). Cleaning would typically cover the common areas of the house (i. e., living room, kitchen, dining room, sunroom, hallways), bathrooms, basement, and master bedroom. We're flexible on when you want to clean. There's always someone home to let you in. Who we're looking for: communicative in establishing/meeting expectations, has own transportation and equipment, does not use harsh chemicals (that leave irritating fumes/smell), easygoing Who's not a good fit: not willing to pick up things, cuts corners (and I have to clean after you), avoids conflict/poor interpersonal skills, does not follow through, unwilling to provide references
