I don't know the for sure square footage Our house needs a lot of work but just enough right now for a family member to stay the night No judgement, do a nice cleanup for it to be acceptable to a visitor. Parking on road 2 cats, they're shy and nice and two dogs one is a service dog he will be in his kennel outside the other one is a 4-month-old chocolate lab, most likely be in kennel too in basement.
