A 40 x 60 house. 20 x 40 A-frame living space. Main level: 1 bedroom w/king size bed, one bath w/2 sinks, tiled shower w/tub, on the main level. Kitchen center island. Concrete floors w/area rugs main level, linoleum in loft. Loft upstairs: considered a bunk house: one queen bed, two inset single beds, a single futon, and other bed options that also serve as furniture to sit on when not in use as beds. Corner black iron wood burning fireplace. The wash/dryer is in the garage beside the living space's entrance door. Wood stairs w/railing to the loft are in the garage.
