We are building a local cleaning team for our two short term rentals in Traverse city. During high season minimum stays are 7 nights so cleanings will be once a week or every other week for each house. During winter season it's only a 2 night minimum, but we won't have as many bookings. Cleanings are standard, but does require laundry for linens and towels every time. Cleanings are always between 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. usually on Sunday or Monday, but will vary on the reservation. Please provide your own cleaning supplies and cleaning tools
