Looking For A Reliable Housekeeper

We are looking for a reliable person that is detail oriented for twice a month house cleaning. We would prefer someone that plans on staying in the area, as we have had a few people over the last year who have moved away. The most important thing to us is a sharp eye for details. We have paid companies to clean, but it's more of a wipe down, and that's not what we are looking for. Expectation would be hourly pay for a thorough cleaning of the house. We are also looking for someone willing to wash, fold and put away the laundry while cleaning. We do the laundry ourselves, but with our jobs we are getting busy, and we have found ourselves in need of assistance. We are looking for someone to do the average expected things like kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, windows, floors, stainless wipe down, etc. We have 2 kids and no pets. We live in Oxford. The average cleaning with laundry takes approximately 6-8 hours. Ideally, Thursdays would be best, followed by Wednesdays and Tuesdays. The day isn't a deal breaker, it's just that trash in on Friday, so if all the trash is emptied before then it makes our life better. We would love to have questions about the job, as we would really like to find a partner who plans to be with us for a long time. 3, 500 sq feet, with a basement and second floor
