I just need help. I have arthritis and my feet and hands hurt a lot. I also have a tracheostomy and get winded pretty easily. I am not on oxygen and can freely move about. I need someone to mop, dishes, clean stove and microwave, etc. My home is not in that bad of condition. It's newly remodeled and free from anything gross.
