We are looking for someone to clean a small rental property in downtown Muskegon. 2 bedroom (often only one has been used) and 1 bath, less than 1000 sq feet. Cleaning expectations include changing out bed linens, washing all used bath and kitchen towels, and basic kitchen and bathroom cleaning. Based on past experience, we expect the job to take less than 2 hours on an average day. Some days may be a quick turnaround with only a 4 hours window between guests. Most weekends over the summer are already booked up, so expect Sunday/Monday cleans most often. Offering $75/ average cleaning (2 hours); $100+ for deeper cleans (when needed). We are mainly looking for 1 primary cleaner who can commit to most of the cleans, but are also interested in a backup cleaner when the primary can't make it work. Reach out with any questions! - Kerri
