Housekeeper For 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, And Laundry.

I am a pleasant single older male 70, renting out a one room space in home. I have one room to clean, one bathroom to clean and some laundry. My needs are to clean, dust, and vacuum room, clean the bathroom, and do general laundry. The bedroom is a 12' x 12' size bed room. The bathroom is 6'x 6' bathroom. I need help cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming bedroom. I need help cleaning the bathroom, and I need help with laundry. I'd like them to be honest, trustworthy, and helpful as needed. Please communicates well with me when things are needed. The parking is going to be on the street by the home.
