We have 3 dogs and its a ranch level with no basement. There are 2 bedrooms that are slept in, the other 2 bedrooms are used as a gym and office. Mostly open floor plan with carpet only in the bedrooms. The house is 4200 sq feet. Only 2 adults live here so the house stays pretty clean. The last person took about 4 hours and that was usually adding in extra things that dont always need done like cleaning the fridge, oven, etc..
