Senior relative can no longer care for his apartment. This is a government subsidized senior apartment complex in downtown Ann Arbor. Applicants must be able to navigate parking in downtown. Parking costs can be reimbursed. Please know that there may be unpleasant odors in the building and or apartment. The senior person is very much alert and good with communication. The physical limitations are the problem. Applicants must be reliable, friendly and do a good job with cleaning. Zelle payment methods preferred.
