A high occupancy summer short term rental and low occupancy winter rental with checkout at 10 a.m. and a check in of 3 p.m. It is a 350 square foot semi off grid cabin with an outhouse that will need to be cleaned. 5 gallon water replacement for the sink function. Cleaning duration is no more than a 2 hour job. In addition to this short term rental, a monthly cleaning of our family home is needed to keep up with the mess, dust and dirt of a dog, young child and a busy life.
