Home is in great shape and moved in in April. Had a cleaning service since then. Main cleaning needs are floors, bathrooms and kitchen, blinds and dusting. Two bedrooms converted to home office and painting studio. Basement is finished and mainly needs floors cleaned. A bathroom in the basement is not used so only needs a very light wiped down to remove any dust buildup, and flushing the toilet. The laundry room in the basement needs the floors and wipe down to remove dust or lint. Done regularly anyway.
