PT or FT Housekeeper/Family Assistant Location: Weston, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1 or 2-8 p.m. Family can offer 30-40 hours/week, depending on the Housekeeper's preference. Duties: Full deep cleaning of 10, 000 sq. ft. home and secondary home next door, stocking/refilling supplies, laundry, changing linens, ironing, polishing silver, sweeping outdoor patio as needed, organizing and bathing family's dog. Housekeeping duties are shared with another FT Housekeeper. Requirements: 5+ years of professional Housekeeping experience including experience working in large, high-end homes, as well as a clean criminal and good driving record. Must be extremely reliable, detail-oriented, flexible, and professional. Must also have excellent communication in English and be willing to work closely with family's other Housekeeper as needed. Travel: None Pets: 1 dog - Labradoodle Driving/Parking: Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from the home. Parking is available. Additional Information: Family has 2 children - 1 teenager and 1 in college. Compensation: $38-45 per hour, depending on experience, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days and paid holidays. Health stipend is negotiable Start Date: ASAP
