Initial cleaning will take additional effort, which I'm happy to pay extra for. Hoping to get things to a point where maintenance can be relatively straightforward. I have a black lab dog and cat. Very friendly to strangers. I have two kids that generate more mess than I can keep up with. Bonus points if you're able to help me figure out how to better-organize my living space. :P
