Family In Wellesley Seeking Full-Time, Energetic, Organized House Manager

We are looking for a permanent, long-term, house manager who's duties will include housekeeping, food shopping, laundry, household maintenance tasks, errands, and light childcare (pick-ups, drop-offs and meal prep for a 16yo boy with autism and an 8yo girl). We are looking for someone who can be pro-active and can take initiative with light household maintenance (changing light bulbs, keeping track of supplies, etc..). Excellent laundry and ironing skills needed. The ideal candidate is fluent in English (written and spoken). The position will include paid vacation and sick time (after the first 6mo.). Pay is $35-40 per hour paid via payroll service. Regular raises and yearly bonus for good performance. Must have excellent references and good driving record. Start date is as soon as possible. We are looking for a long-term commitment.
