FT Housekeeper/Assistant House Manager Location: Osterville, MA (Cape Cod) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5 p.m. with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (40 hours/week). Duties: General tidying, laundry, making beds and changing linens, preparing for Principal's and/or any guests arrival/departure, preparing simple meals for Principal, managing packages, organizing, reporting necessary repairs and replacements and interacting with outside vendors, running errands, and communicating with staff at the other homes. Principal has a part-time Housekeeper who handles the deep cleaning. Requirements: 5+ years of professional Housekeeping experience in high-end homes as well as a clean criminal record. Ideal candidate is a proactive and professional housekeeper who is also a self-starter, organized, conscientious, flexible to jump in wherever needed, has high standards and takes pride in their work. Must have a proven ability to be discreet and professional at all times and work well with other staff. Pets: None Driving/Parking: Driver's license required and must have reliable vehicle to use for work. Travel: Occasional travel to Chestnut Hill/Boston, MA (a few times/year) Compensation: $100k per year, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, paid holidays, a health stipend (if needed) Start Date: ASAP
