FT Housekeeper Location: Concord, MA Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am-4 p.m. and Friday, 8am-2 p.m. Duties: Full cleaning of a 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom home, including deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, changing linens, organizing, stocking and refilling household supplies. Family also has a pool cabana and carriage house that will need to be cleaned regularly during the summer months and occasionally in the winter. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional housekeeping experience, with expertise in high-end finishes and a meticulous eye for detail. A calm, gentle, and discreet demeanor is essential, along with trustworthiness, reliability, and a deep respect for confidentiality. They must be a self-starter who proactively handles deep cleaning and organization, maintaining a non-intrusive presence while ensuring the home runs smoothly, even in the family's absence. A clean criminal record, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle are required. Pets: 1 dog - has a dog walker but housekeeper must be comfortable around dogs and letting them out as needed. Driving/Parking: Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from the home. Parking is available. Travel: No travel required Additional Information: Family has 3 children ages 1, 3 and 6 years old. Housekeeper must be comfortable being around and interacting with the children. Family has a full time Nanny. Compensation: $35-40 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays. Start Date: ASAP
