About the job
We have a large home. We had a trusted housekeeper for 25 yrs who retired. He cleaned weekly but to help us budget, did certain tasks weekly and once a month did a deep cleaning. detailed dusting. We then hired a new crew and they are very unpredictable, destructive and only one speaks English. They clean many homes in our neighborhood, but have become sloppy. We have had to repaint and repair furniture due to their inattention. We do not want sloppy cleaners. Since we cant be here during the week for cleaning, we want to start on Saturdays, so we can supervise a new team until we know we can trust them please.
