MF, 34 hrs/day (between 9AM3PM). 3-story, 3200 sq ft home (3 kids, 1 dog). Daily: tidy common areas & bedrooms, make beds, laundry (collect/sort/start/fold), dishes/kitchen cleaning, quick bathrooms clean-up, vacuum/sweep/dust, organize office & gym areas. Weekly/as-needed: deeper clean bathrooms, floors, blinds, fixtures, closets; maintain clear organizational systems, labeling shelves/bins to encourage kids' participation. Reliability, detail-oriented & proactive required.
