I have a 1600 sq foot single story 3 bedroom 2 bath patio home - however my greatest need is my bedroom and bathroom - as well as the living room area - of the other 2 bedrooms I only use one as a library/office - the other bedroom remains unoccupied - and the 2nd bathroom is seldom used - my kitchen area is small and so far only the sink, floor and counters require cleaning - I have a small patio area- mu need for cleaning service is once a month
