2 Story Townhome. 2 Bedrooms but minimal attention needed to bedrooms (Floors) with 1. 5 Bathrooms. General housekeeping needed (dusting- with a couple higher shelves with occasional object dustings, vacuuming furniture and steps, floors (no carpet), kitchen counters and loading/starting dishwasher only if needed). Occasional extra cleaning (windows, deeper cleaning, bedroom services) can be considered and paid as extra. All male home. No laundry services. Looking for open minded, trustworthy and accepting folk who we hope to consider/treat like friends/family. I adopted my little brother who is 25 has ASD, so experience with folk on the spectrum would be golden. Thanks for taking the time to read this! -Todd
