Appx 1500 1600 Square Feet total for living spaces upstairs and down. Need someone that is very reliable to do general cleaning dusting pick up and dust off everything under, and replace it in same place, straighten up whatever is needed, deep vacuuming, or anything else that may need it. I can furnish my own supplies and equipment if needed. I have in the upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1 half baths one with walk-in shower, den, living room office combined, kitchen, and utility room, enclosed back porch with carpet vacuum and straighten up if needed, front porch sweep and straighten up if needed, and an attached garage. I have the fold out windows in each room that will need to be cleaned monthly. I have in my basement part that is finished: a carpet finished room, full bathroom with whirlpool tub. You will be checking each time.
