Weekly Cleaning And Organizing Assistant

We're looking for housekeeping help for about 5-6 hours a week, ideally split between Tuesdays and Fridays (can be flexible). I'm a stay-at-home mom who runs a couple of businesses, and I'm looking to outsource somethings that still allows me to be present with my son. We'd love help with laundry, general cleaning, and organizing. We'd especially like support with general maintenance, such as folding laundry, unloading the dishwasher, changing the sheets, etc., to help us stay on top of the day-to-day tasks with a baby. You must be comfortable with dogs. We have a medium-sized, 11-year-old dog who is sweet but anxious. We'd love someone comfortable helping us keep things organized. We tend to be messy but not generally dirty. I love an organized system, and helping us stay on top of our systems (and improve them) would be great!
