About the job
Busy family of 4 (2 boys age 8 and 5) plus two friendly black labs. Home has upstairs Master suite and boys suite along with 3rd bath that are used frequently. The two upstairs guest rooms will only need the occasional touch up. All carpet upstairs except for tile/laminate in bathrooms. Main floor is a half bath, kitchen, dining, living room, boys playroom, and foyer. There is an office that could use a touch up when not in use as one of us works from home. Living, office and playroom are carpet with the rest hardwood. Our primary need is to have monthly thorough clean of Bathrooms, surfaces, floors, and dusting. If we can get a good relationship going we would be open to more frequent services and other details that could probably use attention.
