We need a back-up cleaner for our short-term rental. The cleaners take 3 to 5 hours to clean the 3-bedroom, 1, 000 square foot home. It includes changing three beds, cleaning 1. 5 beds, and cleaning the floors. We supply all the equipment and supplies. On the first job we pay $129, then $150 per clean. So, it's more than $25 per hour. If our competitors increase their cleaning fees, so will we and you will get the full increase. The cleaning needs vary on when we have guests. This summer has been VERY busy. We have a guest now, then I arrive, then another comes. We pay after the work is done and send your payment by check that arrives about a week later.
