This is an older apartment in Columbia City, Indiana. It has less than 500 square feet. It has been lived in for 20 years by my aunt who recently passed. We are cleaning things out, so nothing will be in there. One very small bedroom with small bath and a combo kitchen and small living room. The apartment is very outdated. We are not expecting it to be perfect. We need cabinets cleaned out and wiped down. Woodwork and doors etc. Small areas in kitchen to mop and bathroom cleaned. It would be good if the carpets were cleaned as well, but if not able we could call carpet cleaning service. I think there is only one ceiling fan. Windows at least wiped down or cleaned. Only 2 one in front and one off the bedroom in back. Thank you-
