House Cleaner For Single Person--I Need Someone Willing To Work BY THE HOUR

It's frustrating: NO ONE who has contacted me has been willing to work by the hour, even when their blurb states an hourly rate. I need someone who is honest enough to work by the hour. Each visit, I may need you to focus on a different task(s). It's impossible & unreasonable to schedule your visits if you charge by the visit, yet you don't agree to work a certain amount of time. One week I may need (at least in part) help with laundry; another time, washing windows. It works better for everyone if you simply agree to come for specific hours, and I agree to pay you a specific amount of $ for those hours (e. g., you'll come for 4 hours and do whatever needs to be done, and I'll pay you $120). It's simple, straightforward, honest. Please--I need help!
