I need help once or twice a week (afternoons) for my outgoing, curious, good-humored 87-year-old mother who is mentally very sharp but is physically weaker after heart incident and normal aging. She needs help with changing sheets, taking out garbage, doing a few errands and, as a bonus, cooking a low-salt meal or two. We can add extra hours for housecleaning and even organizing. Very flexible hours.
