4 adults live in the home. We have 3 cats and 1 dog in our 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home. We rarely use our finished basement so it would not need to be done each time, only upon request. We are generally pretty neat, just need regular upkeep. Someone is usually home at all times, but occasionally you might have the house to yourself.
