Chicago home needs a part-time house keeper. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. Vacuuming and/or mopping Kitchen Cleaning Dusting Laundry General Room Cleaning Changing bed linens Pet waste cleanup Organization (beyond standard tidying) Carpet Cleaning help with cooking (can teach and guide); help with laundry 2 times a week as needed. Only 2 adults + 1 child 12 years old in the house. Grandparents visit and stay for 4-6 months in the summer. Have 2 rescue dogs 13-year-old, 2. 5-year-old. Well behaved. Cleaning is mostly in living/family room/kitchen area. Have separate cleaning lady who comes every week. SHOULD have a CAR and willing to drive for school/playdate pick ups and drop offs on the days you come in. Parking is free on the street. If not available will pay for street parking.
