Seeking House Manager PT In West Lakeview

We are looking for a skilled house manager to help keep our home running orderly with our three small children. The role includes: -laundry for kids and occasionally adult laundry - putting it away in a specific, organized way - Tidying and organizing the kids and parents bedroom - cleaning high traffic bathrooms - making sure the bathroom and kitchen have full soaps, clean towels, and fresh wash cloths. - sweeping the house and collecting items that do not belong in the place they sit and put them away. - cleaning the entry way - organizing shoes, unpacking boxes, etc. - preparing guest bedroom for new guests - weekly keeping a close inventory on all household items (we provide the list) and reporting to adults when more items need to be ordered - helping get dinner ready based on adult instructions - putting prepared food in oven at certain time, doing light clean up, etc. - unpacking groceries - must be able to carry heavy bags up stairs - wrapping gifts as needed - occasional organizing of kids kitchen cabinet, baking cabinet, etc. - aiding with holiday card studding It is imperative that we get a person who is passionate and good with organizing. It is not enough to clean and get things off the floor - they need to be put away in the right spot. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with clear checklists, follow consistent routines, has tolerance for specific requests (I. e. washing clothes a certain way) and speaks English at a level where we can correspond comfortably via text. Must be detailed oriented - able to read clothing labels to determine which child those clothes belong to and put them away in the right spot. Pls reach out if interested.
