Looking For A House Cleaner With Flexible Schedule

We generally keep the house clean ourselves, but we have a very unconventional work schedule and would like to have someone who can come clean approximately once a month on short notice (3 or so days in advance). We travel a lot outside of ski season and rent our house when we travel. We would like someone who is also able to clean between rentals if we aren't going to be back ourselves. Cleaning between renters would include laundry and changing bed linens, but otherwise that would not be required.
