Our customers are a mix of commercial and residential properties. We are looking for someone to join our team for an on-call position. Make it happen: Since we are a small, locally owned business we function on teamwork and taking our responsibilities seriously whether big or small. Our work day to day is usually predictable but sometimes we have to think quick on our feet and make things happen! The Job: Pay: Hourly $18 starting base pay depending on experience + $0. 20 cents/mile Commercial cleaning: dusting, floors vacuumed/mopped, bathrooms, trashes, etc. Residential cleaning: dusting, floors vacuumed/mopped, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Current Hours needed: The current position we're looking to fill is for an on-call opening. This would mean you'd join our team as an independent contractor. If we have a last minute cleaning we need done, we'd give you a call and if you're available you'd jump in... if you're not available, we'll just call again next time! Requirements: Able to work independently - After you feel comfortable with the tasks and how to complete them, you'll be your own supervisor. Our team members are responsible and trustworthy. Drivers license or State ID Transportation - You will be traveling to and from the customers location. Generally, this would mean a reliable vehicle that you can use.
