About 2 hours every other Wednesday morning. Clean 2 bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, shower, etc. Clean kitchen including counters, sink, top of stove, outside of stainless appliances, etc. Clean tile floors. Dust entire house and vacuum all carpets. Possibly other stuff once in a while such as wash around door handles, baseboards, blinds, inside of windows, etc. Additional info, one former employee took 2 hours each visit, another said she only needed 1 and 1/2 hours.
