Weekly laundry for a family of four with kitchen upkeep. We have an upstairs washer dryer by all the bedrooms and basement washer dryer. We have moderately sized kitchen with three barstool seating. Laundry for two adults, two kids. This includes washing, drying, folding, putting clothes away. One basket of delicates will be washed and hung dry. Laundry will also include bed linens and towels to be washed, dried, folded, put away. Kitchen cleaning will include loading and unloading dishwasher, clearing dishes and washing items in the sink, wiping counter tops, sweeping and mopping the floor. Efficient, reliable, thorough, flexible, communicative via text, multitasks during downtime. Must provide your own transportation to our home. No pets.
