This is for 1 bedroom. The young man living in one of the bedrooms is having some issues, he is living like a hoarder in this bedroom. I want it cleaned, which will include some organizing, clothes, books, etc can go into boxes or totes, windows and walls wiped down, carpet vacuuming and trash removed. The room is probably 100 sq feet, pretty small.
