Weekly Cleaning - Rental Home In Ames

My wife and I are reaching out to find a regular cleaner for a property in Ames. The majority of stays end on Sundays, so generally anytime Sunday through Tuesday is available for cleaning. Occasionally there is a weekday with a checkout (10 AM) and check in (4 PM) on the same day that needs a quick clean. Its a smaller house - our old cleaner typically took anywhere from 2-3 hours to clean. We will provide a cleaning checklist, but the basic needs are standard cleaning (sweeping, cleaning counters/tables, cleaning bathrooms), but we also have bed linens/towels that need to be washed and changed, clean dishes put away, and a few other items. We have cleaning supplies but you may bring your own as well. Spring thru Fall is very busy with occasional multiple cleans a week. It is less active in the Winter. Please reach out if interested!
