HOURLY RATE JOB but rate is negotiable. No estimates. UNSCENTED HEALTHY CLEANERS PROVIDED. Requires: Good English proficiency, good comprehension, good hearing, good vision, or good with glasses, doesn't break things, normal knowledge of how basic machines in a typical American apt. work, the ability to follow instructions, reasonable temperament, no substance abuse. I'm in a studio which is cluttered & needs work. It looks a bit like a construction site. I'm disabled by orthopedic problems. I sometimes use a wheelchair. I would be home. I want things done my way. Tasks: Cleaning, errands, microwaving meals & more. Questions welcome.
