Monthly Deep-Clean Housekeeping Needed

I own a duplex and only one side will be serviced right now. 2 beds/1 bathroom/1 office/1 kitchen and one large open living space. The service list might seem pretty extensive but this will be a monthly schedule that's meant to prevent build up to ensure minimal need for elbow grease. At this time, I am in need of deep cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom. (And light sweeping and mopping in the open living space- there's no sitting furniture) Deep meaning but, not limited to wiping baseboards, dusting, disinfecting countertops, sinks, oven, refrigerator, sweeping, mopping, dishes, windows, walls/doors, trash removal, organization, toilet/tub/shower disinfecting, mirror, laundering the shower curtain, replenishing toiletries, and drawer organization.
