This is a 90-year-old who wears diapers, has difficulty seeing. Her apartment is 400 square feet- high rise located at the ( Cathedral Towers in Buckhead) she needs laundry done- and her sheets need to be washed weekly and put back on her mattress. It is a California king. She is pleasant one day and rude the next. I am advising you of this situation so you can be best prepared. Washers and dryers are located downstairs and require quarters. The garbage chute is located on her floor about 50 feet away but she claims that she is unable to take her trash to the chute. Please advise if you have any questions.
